Meet the Talented Artist Behind The Daily Planner’s 2025 Collection!

Meet Sue Rowsell: The Brisbane-based artist behind the stunning 2025 teacher planner collection.

The 2025 teacher planner collection includes a range of beautiful artworks featured on the inside of each planner.

The primary inspiration for the 2025 collection, especially the artwork featured inside the covers, comes from Chloe’s newfound passion for flowers, which blossomed leading up to her wedding day. Her love for flowers and her recent wedding became the driving force behind the 2025 collection. Chloe knew she wanted to incorporate floral artwork, so she reached out to Sue Rowsell, who shared her excitement and vision for the project.

Sue Rowsell is a visual artist living in Brisbane. She has been painting and drawing since childhood, and after studying and practising Architecture for many years, decided to follow her passion for painting.

Sue paints predominantly using oil on canvas, and focuses on capturing elements of the natural world around her. She observes colour, texture and pattern in her environment, and brings these observations into her paintings. Her still-life, botanical and landscape paintings can hold associative memories for the viewer. These may be part of a story that involves a gift of flowers, a familiar vase, foliage picked from a walk in the neighbourhood, or simply a special place.

For the 2025 collection, Sue used watercolours to create soft, delicate designs, with each piece beautifully complementing the colours featured on the front cover of the 2025 planners. Sue then worked with her daughter Frances, a talented graphic designer, to arrange and edit the lovely artworks. A mother-daughter dream team.

We are thrilled to showcase Sue Rowsell's stunning artistry in our latest collection, bringing a touch of nature's elegance to your daily planning.

We have linked Sue Rowsell's socials and website so you can explore more of her work.
